In addition to the Data Controller, in certain cases, the Data may be accessible to certain categories of persons in charge of the organization of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or to external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal services, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) designated, where applicable, as Data Controller by the Data Controller. The updated list of these persons may be requested at any time from the Manager.

Legal basis for the processing

The Data Controller may process Users’ personal data if it meets one of the following conditions: Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes. Note: In accordance with certain regulations, the Controller may be authorized to process personal data as long as the User does not object (“opt-out”), without having to rely on consent or on one of the following other legal bases. However, this does not apply if the processing of personal data is subject to European data protection legislation; the communication of data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or any pre-contractual obligations; the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject; the processing is linked to a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authorities with which the Data Controller is invested; the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller or by third parties. In any case, the Data Controller will be happy to help clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, in particular if the communication of personal data is a legal or contractual obligation, or an obligation necessary for the conclusion of a contract.


The data are processed at the operational headquarters of the Data Controller and in other places where the subjects involved in the processing are located.

Retention period

Personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. 


The personal data collected as part of the execution of a contract between the controller and the user will be kept until the complete execution of this contract. The personal data collected for the legitimate interests of the controller will be kept for the time necessary to achieve these interests. Users can find specific information about the legitimate interests pursued by the controller in the dedicated sections of this document or by contacting the controller. The controller may be allowed to retain personal data for a longer period if the user has given consent to such processing, provided that such consent is not revoked. In addition, the controller may be required to retain personal data for a longer period whenever necessary to comply with a legal obligation or an order of an authority. 

Once the retention period has elapsed, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of the retention period, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be exercised.

Users may exercise certain rights regarding the data processed by the controller.

In particular, users have the right to:

Revoke their consent at any time. Users have the right to revoke their consent when it has been previously given for the processing of their personal data. Object to the processing of their data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their data when it is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. More details are provided in the dedicated section below. Access their data. Users have the right to know whether data concerning them is being processed by the controller, to obtain information on certain aspects of the processing and to obtain a copy of the data being processed. Check and request correction. Users have the right to check the accuracy of their data and to request their updating or rectification. Limit the processing of their data. Users have the right, in certain circumstances, to limit the processing of their data. In this case, the controller will not process their data for purposes other than storage. Delete or otherwise delete their personal data. Users have the right, in certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of their data from the controller. Receive their data and transfer it to another manager. Users have the right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically possible, to pass it on to another controller without obstacles. This applies provided that the data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the consent of the user, on a contract of which the user is a party or on pre-contractual obligations. Requests to exercise the rights of the user may be addressed to the controller via the contact details provided in this document. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be processed by the controller as soon as possible and always within one month.
